3 ★ I called Sunday night for pickup 8:30 a.m. on Monday for doctor's appointment. A bit after 8:35 a.m. there was no sign of a car so I called big Q. While they had me on hold the driver called and said he'd be there within 5 minutes. It was actually more than 10 minutes and instead of being picked up at 8:30 a m i was picked up between 8:45 and 8:50 a.m. . I believe this was car 42, and unless he was talkin to me the driver did not keep his mask up properly.

5 ★ great service and reasonable prices only had 1 problem with 1 driver out of over 50 times I have use their service!
5 ★ Always on time, honest people
1 ★ App would never run, msg says it cannot start try again later service unavailable. At least i got Big Q in my phone book Very Disappointing.
