The App will provide members with keyword notifications. To activate keyword notifications go to the main menu after logging in and tap the settings in the top right corner, then click "Turn On Keyword Notifications" to start receiving alerts. More updates will be coming soon.
App permissions
BiggerPockets 5.2.6 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

1 ★ Love BP. Hate this app. Crashes every single time. After I paid for membership, the fact this doesn't work started to matter.
1 ★ Unable to open the app. Its the only app on my phone that crashes eeverytime. Sucks as someone who is a subscription member..

1 ★ When I click the notifications that popup in my phone menu, the app never opens and takes me to the forum thread. If the app opens at all, it closes itself immediately. In addition, it is near impossible to use the calculators via the app, which is one of the main reason I am a pro member. It would be great if the app was as useful as the website.
1 ★ It keeps crashing to the point that it is impossible to use. I have to use the browser on my phone to go through the content. Already sent them feedback twice about this problem but the problem keeps getting worst.
2 ★ So far, on my phone, it is virtually unusable. Won't open 9 times out of 10. Only good for receiving pop-up notifications, then need to open my PC and login to check the notification.
2 ★ I'm a big fan of biggerpockets. But the app doesnt function on my phone. Every time I try to open it it force closes on me. I've waited a few months to see if the problem resolves itself but it hasn't. I always have to use the site on a browser instead.
1 ★ I love the content and the big network of real estate professionals that BP has, but the App keeps on stopping when starting. Even when I uninstalled and reinstalled, the issue continues.
2 ★ It's not always successful; the app. BP is awesome but the app crashes frequently over WiFi and with data. I don't get to use it much. The app.

1 ★ App keeps closing when I try to open it. On the rare occasion the app actually notifies me when I click on the notification the app if it opens won't take me to the notifications. Love Biggerpockets but the app needs a lot of work.
1 ★ Not working. Doesnt load anything. Notifications come through my phone then click on one and it says nothing to see. Doesnt load anything. Deleted and re-downloaded it and still nothing.
