1 ★ terrible and super awful service. delivery was super delayed and they never even coordinated. even the customer service chat was not helpful and cannot provide new time and cannot update the status. there are better online supermarket delivery that can provide good service. big company but awful service!!! million times thumbs down.
1 ★ This app is the worst app that I ever used. It automatically reduce the amount of the products to zero when i try to find another product category. I have tried three times and now i give up. After that, I read the comments. It seems it have never been improved at all.
1 ★ Unusable. English language user so may be different in Thai.. Unable to add to account details. Poor range of products shown on search. If my experience is typical then app needs a lot more work before there will be a significant number of customers using it.
1 ★ It was advertised to delivery within 24 hr...after took long time to choose items since it was not that friendly app. I found that they could not deliver even within next 2 days...really waste the time.
1 ★ Pathetic. Create shopping basket. Click terms and conditions, NEXT to payment method, Next to delivery slot. Select available date and time slot and the NEXT bar doesn't become active. Amateurs.
1 ★ Hope Big C will improve it quickly. I normally purchase Big C products around 6000Baht per month. The thought using the application would save my time but it wasted my time. The application always shows Connection Failed.
