1 ★ The app and website do not work. I've been waiting for long time to get any update or fix it. Poor app. I can't login then click on forget password try to reset new one. Nothing!
4 ★ The app is helpful, but I wish it would send an alert to the employees so the children at big blue would have more frequent reviews to move up so they didn't work on the same technique for two months. Maybe the app has that capability but it's not utilized, nor was the communication utilized to it's fullest between staff and parent to optimize student performance in and between lessons.
1 ★ I can't create an account. App says I have an email already. Tried to get password emailed, but nothing ever arrives.
1 ★ Half the functions in the app don't work. The option to finalize a makeup lesson, move a weekly lesson or reschedule a makeup are almost always disabled. The only thing this is good for is to self check-in or miss a lesson
