App permissions

Bidvine for Professionals 3.18.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to record audio.

Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an application to modify global audio settings.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

2 ★ I'm being charged for jobs that have been canceled and the amount it will cost me if I do get a job is rediculous, can't make money on this site.

1 ★ Prices for Bids have gone up over the past year. Previously, being on Bidvine Pro I'd pay £120 a month and would receive £120 word of credit as well as discounts. However, with the new update you know longer receive any credit at all, just discounts. Also, now it's costing me £20-£40 to get into contact with a potential customer, or just to view their phone number. I don't believe the changes have helped professionals in any way.

1 ★ The app is unusable and a rip off for professionals! It constantly asks to upgrade to paid version, charging £7 on average for every bid you send! And if a client provides a phone number, the bid cannot be refunded even if you don't get a booking! Insane! On top of my dj expenses alone set aside, it is simply not worth it to spend a penny on this app. Deleting!

4 ★ The app is well designed and the company themselves are helpful. However like many have mentioned, the amount you have to pay to bid for a service is definitely too high and off putting to freelancers like myself just starting out. Please consider lowering the price or it'll end up driving myself and others away from what's otherwise a great service.

1 ★ This is a terrible waste of money. I have been charged £30 for receiving 2 messages from the bidders asking for my availability. Complete waste of money in my experience. The pricing and the payment isn't transparent. The money is taken off you card whenever you receive an enquiry form a lead. The leads aren't qualified and usually are just tyre kickers. Why spending money on an unqualified lead when you can get the same for no extra expense on Gumtree, Facebook and other free marketplaces! 0★

1 ★ Horrible app, and definitely my worst experience..... Customers who wants 10 quotes fron different ppl and also many of them doesn't even pick up the phone Im not recommending it for sure

1 ★ I thought it is an amazing application however its not that great. the major fault of this application is it works on credits ok that is fine but the method of working is wrong. you send a bid to any potential client your credit gets minus, it is refunded if the bid is not seen by the user however if the user clicked and saw your bid you lost your credit. it shouldn't work like that your credit should be deducted once the user has hired you there's no point if they just see it and you lose money

2 ★ The concept is good but the app is poor. You get charged around £30 for every time a POTENTIAL customer messages. I've lost around £120+ from people just ASKING me questions and getting charged. I even got accidentally hired by someone so I got charged but I got no refund because that customer doesn't respond. The only customer I had felt guilty that I was charged when she replied to me that she agreed for me to do it so I only made like a £10 profit.

1 ★ it was good platform , i was using second year , but recently they changed option Even Duration into something i dint understand , before you would big on lets say - 5 hours Wedding , now you will have - between 4-6 hours . how can you send a price for something when you dont know correct events hours ? when i called bidvine they segested send my price using hours rate ( trable is when its alot of hours usually you do discount ) . conclusion - horrible wrong change was done to platform , sadly

3 ★ Disappointing but could be great, the app its a web app but I think a lot of users get quotes for jobs then leave it for a local business or for other purposes as it happens lots. it costs me money each bid sometimes I get a refund sometimes I don't. I find that there are other apps that get me lots more work, I will keep trying to get work though this but growing tired

2 ★ Have over 210+ hires on this app, but all in all its terrible, literally wasting money on most likely fake leads. On top of that it's so "competitive" that there is no reason to bid, while others just bidding with randomly low prices. No decent updates, support acts like robots. Still made some money, so it's 2/5

1 ★ Having to now compete against Bidmatch and Bidvine Plus, both which take away advantages, including being able to respond quicker than others and see how you match up against others, Bidvine has become even worse than before. It's an unscrupulous business model that lets freelancers be charged to the hilt for unqualified leads, but seems to let those posting jobs get away scott-free with being disingenuous. I just can't justify the expense.

1 ★ absolute joke of an app. a lot of fake ads. they authorised automatic bids without my approval and tried to take money out of my account .I've spent the last half an hour trying to delete my account or get some costumer service . good luck with that. Do not bother with this app

4 ★ its great the only drawback is that it doesn't run on postcodes but milage from one point in any direction. postcodes are better because its easier ti get around them. a BB post code is within my catchment and road access easy to use but OL post code are also within the milage but are a nightmare to get to by road. that is my biggest concern and the only reason for 4 stars not 5. still a great app for doing business.
