1 ★ It doesn't work, with all the money you make you could fix it already...
1 ★ App no longer functional, constantly complains about network connectivity or that they are having problems. This has persisted for several months; unacceptable.
1 ★ I am a new user and just registered my account. I cannot even log in.
1 ★ 1. i have to log in even if i only want to check outages. 2. the outage map displays for two seconds then it's erased, replaced by a screen-filling grid of squares and the map won't come back. 3. they've clearly spent lots of time on cool background images and ultra modern floating login boxes, and very little on getting the actual functionality working.
1 ★ Cannot even login. After 2 weeks it's still "collecting data. Come back in 48 hours". I had high hopes that this would be useful in letting me monitor my power usage, but unfortunately it's clearly never gone though any kind of QA.
1 ★ * Update Dec 2020: Now even worse. Daily consumption has disappeared, making the App totally useless. Change rating to one star from two stars. * Original Comment: Previous day's consumption should be available the next morning, not days later. Check Hydro Quebec's app. They have a superior app AND much lower electricity rates.
2 ★ Fix it so that outages menu works. Most useful part of the app (in theory?) but it doesn't work. After update, outage map still has the stupid circles grid thing, so next big outage the map will be hidden again. Get rid of that garbage and fix the outage feature - it's what most people use the app for.
1 ★ How useful is the app if it keeps popping up the message of session time out each time you login? Post successful login, it says session timed out and goes back to login back. You'd rather not have an app than have a poor app like this.
1 ★ Downloaded this to see an outages map. That didn't work. Looked at billing that didn't work. Insecure login.. Nice. Not sure what the purpose I'd of this app is except to see the weather.
5 ★ app works well. checked all the different functionalities and everything seems to be working fine. pretty useful to see the appliance breakdown cost. not sure why app has such a low rating.
1 ★ Why can I not exit the app? Basically useless during the current power outage. Hydro One app is far better, please make this useful. While ur at it, website is terrible too. Wish I had a choice of provider.
1 ★ Login has never worked. Message we are still collecting data for your home, check back in 48 hours stayed for 2 weeks.
1 ★ Been told I should be able to login within 48 hours, for years... Customer service over the phone says the same thing
1 ★ You have to login to see outage info? How about going to Hydro One app to see how an info app for hydro customers should be made. This one is uselless.
2 ★ Cannot report outage though app?? Outage map auto-reload interrupts what you're looking at and resets the map..
