5 ★ Order and delivery process is very smooth. Refund for 1 item unavailable was automatic and got refund promptly. I understand that its an all indian app and they are just starting up in e-commerce. The way app is designed, delivery process and customer care is at par with already established top e-commerce sites.

1 ★ Worst experience. Never buy anything from this app. Dont get trapped in false promises. I would rate it a big Zero. I placed prepaid order# 741467 amounting Rs 1315/ on 10 May 21. Shown as picked up on 14 May. When I contacted delhivery on 17 may, to my utter surprize they informed that shipment yet to be handed over. Since then I‘m running pillar to post, either to get the order shipped or refund. Today on 20th of Jun, evening 0830, no response/resolution yet.

1 ★ Really disappointed with the service. I have ordered my swadeshi card through orderme on 22nd June still I haven't received yet. No updates regarding dispatch and anything. No satisfying replies of emails. Really bad experience. If company is seeing this please say when will I receive my card. Send me the card as soon as possible. If it exceeds 15 days then, Refund my ₹600. Poor service.

1 ★ One of the worst app I gave ever used. I have ordered some products dated 24-06-21, still it is not delivered. On contacting customer care sometimes they are telling it has been delivered, other time telling will be delivered soon, it is in transit.

1 ★ Don't buy product from this app. If there will be any issue with the purchase no one from this team will help you. They will ask only requisite details again and again although you have already sent the same. I am experiencing the same problem.

1 ★ Very bad experience. They don't supply all items for which order is taken & money received by them. Always short supply. Refund is not automatic. No provision to edit profile or change email. App design, looks & ease of use is very poor. Store selection cannot be understood. All images not displayed. Item description, mfg date, expiery date, ingredients etc. Missing. Very crude app designed by trainee in White Hat Junior.

1 ★ I've ordered 6-7 times above 6000 rupees, and I'm always getting some products missing or damaged everytime, sometimes it opens also,there packaging quality is very bad,I've ordered some biscuits,and all the biscuit are totally broken .I've make complaints they make my refunds after a month when I'm called them after 7-8 times.

I didn't like the store selection option,I couldn't understand how to use this app.Let it be madeeasier to use justlike Flipkart/Amazon,etc. 2.Work a lot on the front end of this app. Change the background colour of this app to light green/something else,Orange isn't good 3. Ask the user to Sign-in just after installation,Most users forget. Creators of this app haven't reached our expectations,hope they work on it soon,before this app reaches more people

1 ★ I'd been apply for samriddhi card on 6th july and initial recharge of 1000 also done. But till the date they haven't give me the card no. Every time i call on the customer care no.they don't pick the call. I sent the complaint through gmail but all they do is to sent me an automatic reply. I'm tired how they treat us. I think these people think themselves as creator and ruler of ayurveda. The nature of their arrogant behaviour is unacceptable. Don't trust this app if you want to order online.

1 ★ I have purchased this card online and paid 1100, after one week of payment made I have able show the datails ,but the payment was showing 500 instead of 1000, again I have contacted 4 times to the customer care finally my balance was showing 1000, ( after 15 days)BUT STILL, NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE , while selecting card for payment.

1 ★ It is not even worth of 1 star rating also. This is the worst app I have used so far. The reason behind this ... This particular app is promoting it's own products like they have in a bulk amount during the pandemic time but when I have tried to placed an order first it got cancelled and the amount has not been refunded untill i have asked customer care after 20 days. On reorder the delivery is delayed by 3 weeks... And they promised to do that in a week, also the delivery date showed was 1970.

1 ★ I have placed a order with order no -487092 around 2 months ago but the order is still not delivered, i have mailed and called many times but i receive only a timeline of 7 days that the complaint will be resolved but the problem is still not resolved, i am very unhappy with the experience i had with order me, i wanted to recommend order me to others but when my experience is not good how can i recommend others

1 ★ Pathetic customer service. They dont have any chat options, you can either write mails to them which is completely computerized so you get the same reply to all your messages . No cash on delivery advantage, they don't refund easily. I won't be ordering from here anymore

1 ★ FRAUD!!!! Simply FRAUD!!! Most of the times the orders remain short delivered and you don't get a refund of the short supply. One of my order wasn't shipped for more than 7 days hence I cancelled. It's been more than 2 months and no words on refund yet. Even the customer care doesn't reply. They aren't even bothered of consumer court.

1 ★ Order no 682128 , was placed more than one month before.(dt 06.05.21) It's showing the order is being picked up daily basis. The date is rolling and the picked up date is also goes on rolling. I don't know when it'll be delivered. Worst experience ever. Even on today's date it is showing being picked up today ( dt. 20.06.21), with a false tracking number. Disgusting. Not even worth of a single star.
