Download the Dr. Stacy K Fitness Coaching app to begin your body transformation! This app allows you to work with Dr. Stacy anytime, anywhere to achieve your fitness goals. Dr. Stacy will set up your resistance and cardio training to meet the demands of your busy schedule, location and access; while tracking your progress so adaptive changes can be made to keep you on point for success. As a natural healthcare practitioner, Dr. Stacy knows that nutrition is the cornerstone to much more than your fitness goals... it is the key to great health! He will provide a nutritional plan that focuses on your whole health and can suggest a customized supplementation plan that targets your needs. In-app messaging and coaching calls assure your motivation and activity stays directed at achieving and maintaining your healthy goals!
