2 ★ When you enter an amount in the $ case, the 0 that is already there is in the way (wont erase by itself so you have to be carefull and double check the amount all the time or you'll end up requesting an amount that has nothing to do with your request (probably causing a lot of headaches to the BGRS representative on the other end). The app keeps logging you out, really annoying. Not going to talk about BGRS itself since there isnt any negative rating stars available.
1 ★ The app crashes all of the time. I can't access any of the resources, like explanation videos, because it logs me off. During the initial registration, they ask you stupid questions like your next address. We don't know, we are only starting. This will be the worst military relocation move in a 20 years career... Shame!
1 ★ won't let me log in through the app. I get to the main page then attempt to go to any where, it automatically sends me to the log in page. this is very frustrating... do not recommend this app.************************ after almost another year of leaving that review nothing has changed. same problems as before. no help from the company besides them reasking the same 10000 questions to give me an automated response. this app and BGRS as a whole is minus 5 stars... can give any lower than this.
1 ★ Very disappointing. The app is unstable. Any time I go to complete an action the app quits unexpectedly. Specifically, I just tried to submit an expense five separate times and at the end I was kicked off my secure account leaving me with no expense and full of frustration.
1 ★ This is insane. Both the app, website and system overall is atrocious. I am downloading this app to better understand and help my recently retired parents get through this hair pulling ordeal. To no avail of course. in an attempt to save money it it obvious this is the best way to keep it from those entitled.
2 ★ App needs some work. When adding an advance and they confirm or deny, there should be a comment section as per why they didn't approuve instead of making us call and ask why. You want me to use an app instead of dealing with a person I get it, but I shouldn't hace to wait 45 mins to speak with someone to get clarification.
1 ★ App is poorly designed and quite un-user friendly, you have to be a brookfield agent in order to understand how to use this app and where to go for anything. Over all very bad app and don't expect any support from the company, if by chance you do get a hold of anyone at brookfield they disguard your questions and concerns stating you have to use the app, and they don't care that it doesn't work! Guess they still get paid even if your move doesn't go well. Too bad we can't use a different company
1 ★ BGRS is the absolute worst thing that has ever happened to military moves. The app captures receipts so they can only be used once but if your claim is rejected you start the entire process over again. There is very little feedback on my claims are rejected and if you are using this portal from a workstation (God help you) important buttons and check boxes dissappear. This is a company that stalls your every move in hopes of wearing you down to give up on your money. Shame
1 ★ Terrible app, not user-friendly. Frequently won't let me log in plus it freezes and crashes in the middle of things and have to restart from scratch. You know...the standard Brookefield service.
1 ★ Unable to contact my Brookfield agent or anybody else to answer the many questions I have about my relocation through email or the app. As well i can not find any phone numbers to contact them. Service is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Relocation already had enough stresses before this.
3 ★ Not much use if it crashes on opening. Sent troubleshooting request to developer email address and received bounce back that it doesn't exist... A recent update seems to have resolved the issue. Can now access & use the app
1 ★ This is a terrible app, constant crashes for no reason, reset have to be done on a desktop. Not good.
4 ★ Generally app works well, love the flexibility it provides. Often won't let you complete/submit claim. Also, app enables BGRS to dodge getting a rep to actually help with your move...
1 ★ Please fix your app, its bugging out.. Planning session, requested block is messed up and won't left you actually book or request an appointment. Fix it..😬
1 ★ Everything about BGRS has been trash. A 1 800 number that doesn't let you reach anyone. An email that will allow you to reach someone after a couple days wait and they are unknowledgeable and not helpful. Their website is poorly designed and only parrots the directive without providing clarity. We had our relocations handled by Brookfield but we do it ourselves with BGRS. They are nothing but a pay office where I could request advance and submit claims on an overly convoluted system.
