Data is provided by OpenWeatherMap (www.openweathermap.com)
For the devices equipped with sensors, ambient (air temperature near the device) and internal device (battery) temperature are also provided by the thermometer.
App permissions
Thermometer 1.0.21 APK requires following permissions:
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

5 ★ Awesome! Temperature forecast very accurate! Location selection functionally is very useful. Battery and device temperature helps to prevent mobile problems.
