Love Carter 1.0.16 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to access extra location provider commands.

3 ★ The app it's nice but way too many notifications throughout the day. Seriously, one a day would be plenty for me. And I don't see a way to turn them down so I'm going to have to remove it :(
2 ★ Since it updated it has changed verbiage. All the cussing and stuff is no longer up lifting. Such a shame I loved this app and shared it with all my friends.

5 ★ I use to receive notifications but I've noticed a lack thereof. Also, when I open the app and try to check the general notifications, an ad will pop up when I click on a notification to open it. From there I can either dismiss or open the ad. When I click dismiss I am taken back to the general notifictaion page.
