1 ★ I'm searching for -ve star but... .I got my boarding pass from counter then went for security chk-up everything was done and waiting boarding then suddenly got a call from air india,sir are you having covid 19 -ve report (no),then u can't go first u hv to do test RT-PCR test for 4000 rupee,thn I went for chk n I miss my flight as well as my exam. They should tell me during baggage chk-in,I had enough time. I'll never take air india for sure.....I left my exam.
1 ★ Worst ever Air Line customer support system. It doesn't even exhibit any concerns regarding the refund procedures post flight cancellations. Moreover, it has no regard about how to address a customer when a refund query is raised. I mailed multiple times for initiating the refund process for my cancelled flight and, it's been 3 months now, yet, not a single mail/message have been received from their end. Miserable management system, awful gesture towards it's passangers. Really disappointing.
1 ★ Never book ticket through this app,once you booked ticket and get cancel you will receive refund after 6 to 8 months only after lot of reminders to airindia. Refund policy is also not clear you will receive only 20% of the booking amount.
2 ★ Unable to submit the check-in no submit button is shown in self health status, improve the app it should be user friendly, always asking rubbish questions. Privacy policy note is hiding the submit button, need to browse in desktop not in mobile. Placing the buttons should be viewed more clearly. Not satisfied with this app. Unable to check-in through mobile app. Disappointed. Also add option to download cancelled ticket and its information.
4 ★ App is very useful and informative but in terms of the air miles there seems to be some problem as I had updated my airmiles at the airport counter itself but nothing seems to have been added. I am still waiting for the update. I have done a round trip after registration. Please kindly help.
4 ★ App is very user friendly. However while booking through LTC on MultiCity mode it was constantly not making the booking and a pop up would appear stating " CHECK AGAIN LATER. Please contact Call Center. Selected MultiCity booking is not available on online booking." When Call center was approached it was clarified that one of linking the flights opted for was full, which was not reflected in the app. It's requested that suitable update be carried out to not list any flight which are full.
1 ★ Not usefull. As i tried to cancel my return journey from portblair as i was not allowed boarding at delhi for portblair inspite of having rtpcr report. Ticket could not be cancelled by app. I cancelled it by calling to customer care. From there they asked me to send mail to mobile bookings for refund. Mail was not recieved and air india enjoys my hard earned money. I lost my trip money and peace.
5 ★ Best app,easy to book,best for armed forces personnel also,no hidden price shows in fare. Some development requried like this app can run in low speed net also because all armed forces personnel are serving in remote area and net speed is low in that areas so application takes so much time to run. Over all very nice app, Thanks air india🙏
1 ★ Very poor service from airlines. I had booked ticket for 02 Oct 20. After that flight was cancelled due to covid pandemic but refund of the tickets(approx 38000/-) are not initiated by airlines after requesting number of times till now. So I am suggesting to all not prefer this airlines as refund process is too delayed.
5 ★ Considering that Air India is a loss making PSU, yet they have come out with an app that's so user friendly and works so well. However, they should include features like refund status of cancelled tickets
1 ★ Ground Staff support is very worst & they didnt guide us for flight where we have to go. We reached delhi airport before 30 min of fight take off and we missed our flight which was very urgent the worst experience with the professional air line i ill not recommended to anyone to fly with your air line because of my experience
4 ★ There should be an option to reschedule bookings, retrieve cancelled or incomplete bookings for customer support, and other support functions for which normally we have to call customer support.
4 ★ Overall It's good. Just scan passport option is not working. Otherwise app is nicely designed and developed. Compared to their website, this is very good and It's user friendly.
1 ★ I have been trying to book a flight. I enter all the card details and also OTP is entered and then it says payment failed...both APP and Website , sucks now...no help from customer service people also...
1 ★ Looks like a Fraud app. I booked my tickets through the app. On getting them canceled in Jan still my refund has not been generated. It's Mar now.. There is no response on Tele or mail.. Looks like I will have to approach consumer court..
