The land plan of The Rim Club, a creation of famed planner Gage Davis, was completed after the routing of the Golf Course. Uniquely unusual, Jay Moorish was given first priority to create the finest golf course "corridors". The resulting properties are meticulously situated to take full advantage of the incredible views while maintaining privacy. In fact, half of the 555 acre retreat will remain in its natural state.
