2 ★ i could only see 1 picture for every outfits since the other pictures from different angles could not load. at first i thought it's because of my internet connection. however, the pictures would not load even tough i have an excellent internet service. :( please fix this problem. i wanna see the clothes from several different angles :(
2 ★ can't log in to my acc. since the last update can't even browse the collections. can u please fix it. since can't log in on the web, log in on the app is my only option but now can't even log in or browse the collection that kinda annoying. this way will make ur customers dissapointed duh. I'll change my review once it gets fixed.
1 ★ Before it has a bug, I loved to shopping here at BerryBenka buuuuttttttt a lot of bug so i'm not comfort with this app again. Why so annoyed? because when I click the picture that i want to buy, just 1 picture can show me the details of thing even there were 5 picture that we must see before buy it. Soooo saddddd :(
1 ★ This app is really bad. the worse ecommerce site ever!! the app is lagging, too much bug, error everytime I log using fb. also in mobile site, super slow, n on payment proceed i keep insert my promo code, but can't apply. so I thought voucher will be applied on the next payment proceed. but instead it directly auto debt my money, they don't even have security code for the credit card, so unsecured. berrybenka wasn't like this before.
5 ★ Very happy to shop on berrybenka. They have high quality product with many variants of style. Their style is also good and unique, and the app is better now. The minus is, the product has bigger size than common indonesian. It's like the model size, so u better pay more attention to the size. Thank u berrybenka!
2 ★ The app won't load anything and then crashed on itself. it used to be good, but i think i need to give you guys the feedback just so you know what and where to improve. keep improving, looking forward to use it again as usual.
3 ★ Actually the product quality is good, branded and has a lot of discount. But, berrybenka app is often down. And it's really troublesome. Recently, after i update the app, i couldn't even log in. Please fix this berrybenka. Thank you.
2 ★ The collections are good and I love it but the payment options are horrible. Virtual accounts are not available for many major banks. Online fintech payment like Dana, OVO, etc is not available, paylater is not available. Your app is so far behind others of its kind.
