1 ★ Not a good app till now I thought it was.. They keep acting like they r giving offers and tht each customer who shops. More will get better discounts as per thr customer slabs post that.. What happens.. If a customers number is lost or off tht customer cannot. Sign in juz for a stupid verification code and that no one helps review change number of send on email ID. As per them.. We apologize we can do nothin abt it. O ya?? Reverse all my transactions totally lame. Fix this issue immediately

5 ★ Nice experience the first one, but they take longer time to deliver as compared to Food Panda In my order of 28th April MINT (Podina) was not delivered and was neither mentioned to me that it is not available.
1 ★ New points system is just a flop idea. If they won't go back to their last discount based offer system then there will be no more survival for this company.. Food delivery won't work because of foodpanda... Anyway, me and my family members are no longer using their service..

1 ★ Not satisfied! No receipt was issued. They didnt bother to inform for NOT DELIVERING ITEMS. no order history in app.. cant see what exact items i added and what is less in the delivery. PATHETIC SERVICE👎
1 ★ Late delivery with glass bottle of jam broken. No body received the call on their helpline, though i tried three times. Responding to my email, they said their team will get back to me, which they never did.
1 ★ They don't deliver in time. You will be waiting, waiting, waiting and ...... When you will call for support, they will never attended it. I have their Caviar membership. Now, I am thinking to switch to daraz, metro or Airlift express.
