The Beltone HearPlus app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
Notes: Please contact your local Beltone representative for product and feature availability in your market. We recommend that the hearing aids run the latest software version. If in doubt, please contact your hearing care professional.

Use the Beltone HearPlus app to:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired Beltone streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

2 ★ The app will not stay connected to the phone. Constantly having to close the app and restart it. It works well when it is connected, but it's disconnecting constantly is a true pain. I would not purchase Beltone hearing aids again. I am done with them.
1 ★ Updated Galaxy S8 to version 9 software and app will not connect to hearing aids. Local hearing specialist offers no assistance. I've read all the horrible reviews from Android users and tried each suggestion to no avail. Some customers say they solved it with customer service. How do you even get ahold of customer service? Not happy when these things cost as much as they do. Update..no help from customer service. Basically ended 3 day email trail with "sorry".
1 ★ was a decent app before you SCREWED with it. won't even pair anymore, most mobile phone users are android but you choose to tailor your app to iPhones, THANKS. been crying about that since 2015 and you keep blowing smoke up our butts. Next hearing aids are definitely not going to be betone. Before you try and tell me...new batteries, updated firmware, unpaired with everything bla bla bla.
5 ★ I just got my hearing aids which are completely new to me and this app makes it all SO MUCH EASIER! I absolutely love it and I highly recommend it!
1 ★ the hearing aids will not stay connected to the Beltone hearplus app. every time we close out of the app we lose our connection and have to re pair the hearing aids again

1 ★ Just found out that my Beltone Legend Hearing aids are not compatible with my new Galaxy A71 G5 phone. So I have to either spend $600 for a new phone, or $2,500 for new hearing aids...........all because I wanted to upgrade my 5 year old cell phone!!!!!
