5 ★ Great app! Lots of movement variation depends on what you need, or like (core, leg, arms, etc). Also, no need to be connected to wifi for full access.

5 ★ Everyone can find 5-6 minutes to each day to reward themselves with fitness. That's all it takes. This app starts you off slow and builds your strength up every day. I feel incredible after each work out. Some days I even double-up. Small floor space, a mat or thick towel, and water. That's all you need.

5 ★ I just love this app, I have been using the 30 day exercises times them by 3 for extra and do them mostly everyday (15mins a day) . I am just over halfway Have lost 4kgs and definitely toned up to the point of people commenting and I can feel my muscles. I have much more energy. One thing I don't like is the consistent advertising although I tend to overlook this because I enjoy the app so much. I also find the steps are completely of track and this I also overlook as I am using this app for HIIT not step count

3 ★ It's a good app because there is more than one area you can choose to focus on however the timer is much faster than usual exercising apps.. and you might feel pressured to rush and do the exercises incorrectly in order to keep up with the amount of exercises you'd need to do in a specific amount if time!

5 ★ Out of the 20 other fitness apps I have on my phone, this is hands down the best. They're not forcing us to purchase in order to get the help we're seeking. Don't get me wrong though if I could afford it atm I would absolutely purchase the premium because it would be more than worth it. I'm the biggest I've ever been, and had no drive to workout. but thanks to this app I do now, and I look forward to it. they have everything for beginners like to those of you who are experienced. Feel the burn!
