Description
An extension of Building Engines’ property & tenant management platform, the BE Mobile application empowers property and facility teams to stay connected to critical building information at all times and manage and respond to tasks remotely. Take the power of Building Engines to go! Easily view and execute day-to-day operations from your mobile device with core Building Engines functionality: work order management, inspections, incident tracking and preventive maintenance.
BE Mobile enhances your ability to respond to tenant requests, improve technician productivity, and help manage risks:
• Create, reassign and update work orders
• Schedule, track and dispatch equipment maintenance and repairs
• Create, assign and deploy paperless inspections
• Capture and manage critical incident information on the spot
• Attach photos, files and video to any record
• Work online and offline
BE Mobile is available free to all Building Engines users. Sign in to the app with your existing Building Engines username and password.
App permissions
BE-Mobile 4.1.2 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ 👎👎👎👎👎Constantly crashes. Very difficult to use this as intended when it is so unstable. Needs major fixes. Impossible to use on Mobile device for any sort of productivity.
1 ★ More Glitches than any other program I've used. I've used Big and Yardi they have much better tech support and a lot less hiccups.
3 ★ After the last update, it logs me out on exit and now i have to log in everytime. I'm not getting notifications unless logged in.
