1 ★ new version always fails to top up from credit card... tried a few times on different cards. The whole point of the app is lost.
1 ★ האפליקציה לא עובדת. מגיעה לשלב התשלום וזה מראה הודעת שגיאה.

2 ★ גירסה חדשה נוראית. בעיקר הצבעים מזעזעים במיוחד האדום שנותן הרגשה לא נעימה במועד ביצוע הזמנה, בחירה ותשלום. תפריט לא ידידותי. חבל שהחלפתם את הגירסא הקודמת עם תפריט נוח וצבעים נעימים לעין.
3 ★ 1. המעבר בין מסכים איטי 2. נראה שאשראי דיינרס לא נתמך, אז שיציג הודעה במקום להיתקע 3. בחיפוש סניף אין אפשרות לחפש לפי שם הסניף, כמו שהיה פעם, וחבל
5 ★ אפליקציה מאוד נוחה לשימוש ועובדת מעולה
4 ★ אז כתבו לי שזו גרסת אוניברסיטה. אחרי מספר רב של גרסאות ועדכונים די מרוצה ;-) מומלץ מאד להזמנת קפה.
4 ★ האפליקציה עובדת אבל מעבר בין תפריטים איטי ונתקע לחשיבה למספר שניות עקב תיכנות לא אופטימלי
2 ★ רעיון נחמד אך יש בעיות. -לא מאפשר להזמין מראש ממרחק קצר מהסניף (כ 1 ק"מ) ועונה: " רחוק מדי". מעצבן ולא שימושי! -קיבלתי קופון קפה מתנה וכשהזמנתי אותו הציעו לי כל מיני הצעות שלא היה ברור אם ניתן להחליפן באחר. במסגרת זו הציעו בורקס ב 10 ₪ בלבד אולם כשבאתי לשלם המחיר קפץ ל 14 ₪ ללא סיבה. עובדי הסניף לא מכירים את האפליקציה וחבל ולא יכלו לעזור. - באפליקציה הציעו לי "בריאות" וחשבו שאני מבין מה זה. צריך לכתוב "כריך בריאות". - אין מס טלפון לתמיכה.
1 ★ האפליקציה לא עובדת. ביקש שאכניס קוד שקיבלתי בסמס. לא התקבל סמס. מאכזב
1 ★ לקחו את הכסף, האפליקציה לא עובדת והם לא מחזירים ואפילו לא עונים בשירות לקוחות. Scam
2 ★ אחלה רעיון אבל אי אפשר לבטל אמצעי תשלום ... האפליקציה קורסת כל פעם שאני מנסה לעשות את זה
2 ★ חסרה מאוד אפשרות לשלם בפייפאל!
2 ★ יכול היה להיות מועיל אם לא ניתן היה להזמין מסניף סגור. למרות שבדקתי באינטרנט את שעות הפעילות - כשהגעתי הסניף כבר היה סגור. לא קיבלתי את ההזמנה וכמובן שגם לא את הכסף ! יתרה מזו, למרות תלונתי למוקד השירות לא קיבלתי מענה.
