Description
FIND: Via the station finder or the station list you will find the best charging station for you, including details of available connections and the charging tariff
LOAD: start charging your electric vehicle and stop using the app
PAY: Pay by PayPal or credit card - completely without a contract
REGISTER: upon request, you can register and deposit your payment details - so you can start your loading even faster
The following functionality is offered by the IONITY app:
• Charging in Europe-wide IONITY charging station network
• List display of charging stations within a radius with adjustable search radius
• Charging station lists or cards with filter function of the correct charging plug for your e-vehicle
• current information of the respective charging point
• Direct route guidance with forwarding to Google Maps
• Integrated QR code scanner for accelerated activation
App permissions

1 ★ Took me 15 minutes to successfully add account. Two letters for last name was not accepted so I had to randomly generate a third character for it to accept the registration. Could not add payment with my first mastercard, after several tries, my second Visa card worked. Would prefer to pay with Swish in Sweden (phone number payment) but was not an alternative.
1 ★ Ridiculous pricing! I don't find a navigation option either? It just gives me the list of nearby stations and then I have to manually type the address in another app to get there???
1 ★ Just uninstalled. Do not appreciate the 500% price increase. Will never use them again. Shocking that 39 million euros of public money was given to those guys to promote the expansion of EV. With the new pricing model it looks like they are trying to stop the expansion of EV. Not surprising when you see who they are owned by!
2 ★ Needs fixing of map in regards to legibility and zooming
1 ★ The app is terrible, the service is plain destroyed. As of February 2020 Ionity turned up the prices by over 1000%, from 80 NOK to 800 NOK for a full charge. The most legendary corporate failure in a very long time. 😭
3 ★ Doesn't keep the login details for long and require you to login again and again all the time.
2 ★ The map is too slow when I try to search the chargers
1 ★ Despicable way of using the EU funds to set up charging infrastructure and then ripping off everyone with a subscription model and really expensive prices. Completely insane and I just hope someone rethinks this. Until then, I won't be using your service.

1 ★ 0.79 price per kWh is far too expensive. Is this the future of EV transport in Ireland, being held to ransome on public charge points? Might as well sell the EV and get a good old diesel. Shame on you Ionity and Circle K..
