2 ★ Definitely can not use to shop, all of the page's are blank except the page's for booking client's. O see items i would like to shop for via email. As soon as I try the website or app I see nothing.
1 ★ Cosmo app just doesn't work well. Along with their website, it honestly kind of ... Well.. blows. Hopefully they'll work the kinks out, even after it's launch X amount of years ago, I have hope they will get their I.T team together to create a smooth app, and website.
1 ★ App takes forever to load and its so hard to get the button for the cart to work. It would be nice to just be able to check out
1 ★ Buggy Glitchy Sticky Have to go through a half dozen steps to see if an order has shipped. That is if I'm not redirected & have to start over

1 ★ Downloaded the app because the website wouldn't log me in to see prices. I'm logged in to the app and now I can't even see the products, let alone the prices
1 ★ Takes a long time to load anything and won't let me into my cart to buy anything. When I click on my cart it does nothing. Tied to order through the website directly and always reopens the app.
4 ★ Easy to use overall, wish I could edit the messages that get sent to clients, shopping through the app can be glitchy at times but overall its a great free app for scheduling clients.
1 ★ DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This app simply does not work at all! Very disappointing. The app does not show any products of any kind. When I typed in the search bar it displayed "here are your results" but it was a blank white screen.
3 ★ This used to be a good app however now it takes forever to open it forever to add a contact forever to put them on your scheduleI don't know what the heck is going on but it used to be a 5-star now it's two or three really
1 ★ Frequently I cannot find items on this app that I know for sure are in the stores. I can never figure out how to get to the cart. Every time I press on the icon nothing happens so I don't know what I have in my cart or how to check out.
5 ★ I love this app!! I love that it texts my clients reminders for me and they love it too.
2 ★ Not loading my searches at all. Won't show prices after logging into their website either.
1 ★ It never works. Just super disappointing, always end up just going to "online" instead of the app. Wish it actually WORKED 😪
