With the help of the Beaconinside Proximity DMP you can create your own location-based content and interactions for demonstration purposes. Just sign up on http://dmp.beaconinside.com and link with your own account under Settings.
The user location is only used to show location-based content.

App permissions
Beaconinside 3.1.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
