1 ★ Doesn't even work. I've had to register 3 different times and it still gives me errors. Unable to login. Worse app I've ever encountered.
1 ★ Probably the worst app by any healthcare provider. I can login and that's about it. Forget trying to find a doctor or anything useful. $1000s do dollars a year for coverage that I cant even find a provider for.
5 ★ User friendly app.Easy to access. Great App features compared to other competetive firms.
3 ★ Not the best app. I can get in, but most of the time, the search for doctors does not work.
1 ★ I can't get past the login screen. It just keeps saying loading. That is of course the few times it dosen't lose my login information all together. Reading other reviews this has been an on going issue for at least 5 months! If BCBS can not produce a better product than this worthless app I am very concerned that my claims will be coded and processed correctly.
1 ★ ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I have been pressing the login button for an hour after the very painful process of registering. I'm not even surprised. I don't expect much from Florida blue anyways. Let me in to my account that I CREATED and maybe you'll get 2 stars because I cant even get past the login screen to rate the app.
1 ★ Search for provider doesn't work and it doesn't shut down
1 ★ Honestly, I've never been able to do much with this app in terms of finding a doc or getting a list of them together. Paying used to be tough but doable. Seeing my insurance cards used to be the best part of this app but now I can't even find them. It's like they have half of this as an actual app and the other half as a web page. Like oil and water, the separation is becoming pronounced.
1 ★ If you really cared about your customers as you say you do, you would have a usable app that the customers could use to look at benefits, check claims or find doctors. I can even use the send a message feature. When trying to do anything in the app I get "Oops, something went wrong." Please fix this!
1 ★ This app sucks. Half the time I can't sign in, the other half I can't do anything once I am in. For example, tried to find a specialist, asked to narrow it down, the options given were.... All. Not really narrowing anything down. After that, it just buffers until you get sick of it and exit out.

1 ★ Can't even set up an account. Entered all my info and my member number was verified with an email code but the app won't advance past step 4 of 5 of the setup. Wth! It won't go anywhere. I tried multiple times, re-entering all the info and just ended up wasting my time. Please fix this!
5 ★ I can't get past the login screen. Just loads forever and never goes anywhere. I am having issues with the website too, which was why I tried the app, but it's even worse. Why recommend this app from your website and welcome package if it doesn't work?
2 ★ The app is confusing to navigate and most of the time messages don't load. I'm not a fan of the app and much prefer using the website (although that's not super user friendly either).
1 ★ Poorly designed. Not only is it a problem to log in, but things are not formatted correctly so I can't view a full drop down list. Terribly coded.
