We use the latest security technology and industry best practices to secure your information. Your account is yours—it can only be accessed through your MyBlue® login information. We recommend keeping your app up to date to ensure that it has the latest security features. You should keep your phone operating system up to date as well.
*It can take up to ten days after we receive a claim to reflect these changes on your account.
• You can find providers and urgent care centers without logging in. However, you’ll need to login with your MyBlue® username and password to access benefit information.

1 ★ This app is absolute garbage. It makes you re-sign in every time, never remembers your device, and you have to get a phone call with a passcode every time because the text message feature has never worked. Plus, you start goals, get 20 days in and the site is always down for maintenance. Then they'll cancel your goals because you can't complete the tasks. BTW, signing into the website directly is no different.
3 ★ I would give it a higher rating if I didn't have to verify my phone every single time I log in. Why does it tell me I'm verified for 4 months but still requires verification? Every. Single. Time
1 ★ I need to verify my phone number and every login. Each time it says it's going to remember my device but it never does.
2 ★ Even though I use biometrics, and have clicked remember me. EVERY TIME I log in I have to get a text code, then go click a link, then close messages, then go back in the app, then click remember me again. Then click yes remember this device for 4 months.
1 ★ It's impossible to use/login to. Verification never succeeds.
