3 ★ Great app, very convenient. However, since the recent update (12/14ish), it has not worked on my Samsung phone anymore. It freezes when I try to access it. I've Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's been unavailable for over a week now. Sadly, I've really needed it to communicate with my doctor about my heart issues. Very inconvenient time to stop working. Will give it one more try. Then Uninstalling for good.

1 ★ Used to be okay but they updated recently, and now the interface is rather buggy. Pages don't load sometimes. I had to go to the website in order to pay a bill, which is something I used to be able to do in the app just fine, but not since I update. But more frustrating is that now there's this constant notification that says that it's running, even when I closed it several hours ago, and I can't dismiss the notification. And with notification vibrations, the phone vibrates every 5 seconds

5 ★ Very handy to stay up to date on appointments, test results, billing. App is fairly intuitive and easy to install. Messaging your doc a big plus! Updates constantly: while making a follow up appt at eye doc, my app messages me that I had a new appt! If you visit more that one a year and/or manage ongoing conditions, i definitely recommend this app

4 ★ 9/27: Checked store and app was updated on 9/25 so I installed. All appears to be working and interface is improved. Updating to 4 stars. 9/17. Was very good until about a week ago, now it just starts and says it's down for maintenance and routes to the web site. Lots of folks having the same issue, but it does not appear there is any intent to fix the app. There is no software maintenance that takes 2 weeks.

4 ★ The app is very polished-looking. Unfortunately, simple usability problems make it clunky. An example: test results are only accessed via a tile, which says "0 new test results", which obscures that all of the OLD results are accessed there. When I am looking for a measurement & can't recall which test included it, I'm opening one test, looking through it, then closing that test, after which I must open the list again (from that tile). Let me navigate the hierarchy intuitively, please!

4 ★ I like the app because I have access to my medical records and tests. What I'm disappointed in, is the inability to make payments on this app. It is very frustrating to enter a your payment information but then do not have the option to continue or submit. Something is very wrong when your only option is to cancel or go back. Of course, if you go back all your payment info is removed and the Circle starts a over again. I have reported this on several occasions to billing to no avail.

5 ★ I really like being able to use all the features available. If I need to ever ask a question it's always available to leave messages and the nurses are good about answering back. It tells me about my tests results. The different diagnosis I have. The meds I'm on. Reminders of appointments. I'm sure I'm leaving things out, but I really do use and love this app!

2 ★ Seems after the last update I can no longer send/read messages. I can not look up when they scheduled all my appointments for. This could lead to appointments getting cancelled somewhere later. I can only see the very next appointment for myself, and each child. Well we have multiple specialists we see. I can't know if I'm double booking and some doctors it's 3 months out my neurologist is always 6 to 7. I receive notifications I have this or that can't see or access it. I can't see after visits

2 ★ This app could have had more stars, but ever since I had to delete it to temporarily create more room on my phone, the app refuses to be downloaded back to my phone. I desperately needed to message my doctor (because that option is what I love most about the app), but the app downloads to 100%, but then never installs. It just keeps circling around to saying 100% downloaded then starts all over again. BSW is awful about returning calls, so having the option to message your dr directly is great.

1 ★ I've had app downloaded for months. I logged in today and as usual I get error message for everything I click on. Billing? Nope. Lab results? Nope. Messages? Nope. This app is useless. While on hold with BSW I'm told they're going paperless and I can access account info on app. I can't when the app doesn't work. That's why I'm on call with BSW right now. App will be deleted promptly.

1 ★ Has not worked properly since the last update, and yesterday it nearly crashed my entire phone. I could not even get my phone to turn off. Please fix this. Eventually, i established some responsiveness and figured out it was this app causing the systemic failure. I eliminated the app and fixed the issue with my phone. Prior to the update this app had been a rocket ship for me. 😕

1 ★ One of the major reasons why I used the app was for the bill pay and billing management. However, since the update, it no longer works. I can no longer pay by bills via the app. Additionally, it still has various bugs which require you to restart the app over and over again. Everything was nearly perfect before the update. They app went from a 5 to a 1.

4 ★ The hospital should explain that this app is available and what it is used for at the beginning of your journey instead of letting you figure it out at the end. For one thing any test results are available to review throughout your hospital journey. Also there should be a real person for you to message on the other end of the the messaging part of the app. It would help both sides if they didnt want a phone call. Not sure if any of that is a reflection on the app itself but that's my 2 cents!

5 ★ Very good app, great to have your history, medication list and pre-existing conditions in case of an emergency. Also appreciate being able to make appts completely thru the app, wonderful to have a complete list of your treating Doctors. Only improvement would be if I was able to use it from my home. Currently I have to get in my golf cart and drive 1 block to the lake where I get a strong signal.

2 ★ i liked the my chart app better. I much prefer being able to just switch to my son's information and have it all together, not open to my info, go to messages or what ever section then choose his or mine. it's just not intuitive and feels clunky. i still get notices from the my chart app, but can no longer access my s/w info with it, which is also annoying. I can't view my minor son's billing or pay his bills in it, either. I've given feedback to the link in the response, but nothing has changed
