The core purpose of the mobile app is to allow students to better facilitate and manage their application, loans, disbursement and repayment more effectively. Dissemination of information and communication with the organization is simplified as the app provides the platform for students to be informed and their questions answered directly from us.

1 ★ Hi, I've been trying to complete my profile but I failed. I don't know why after I checked the 'upload' button, the logo of yayasan appeared with a blue circle outside and it just kept turning and turning but no response at all, just continue to load. I had no choice, so i click the back button of my phone and it straight away asked me whether to stay or to exit. I've chosen to stay but the page end up no response, just loading and loading. I've also click exit then it straight away log me out.
2 ★ The app is not user friendly because every time when I open another app to download the file that I need to upload in the yayaaan sarawak app, I have to login again in the ys app. It is so much hassle for me because it took my time just to do the application. Please fix the bug as I am not satisfied using this app.
2 ★ I was trying to register but no response, stating connection failed even I have strong access to networks. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.
1 ★ Used to be able to check repayment information. With the 14 June 2019 version, this is simply impossible. I am no longer a student so most of the app is quite useless for me.
1 ★ Profile saved but every time I logged in, they ask me to update the profile although I did update and saved my profile. And there's nothing I can do in the app.
1 ★ Trying to upload doc and the notification said successfully updated but then the logo keep appearing with the blue circle loading forever. How to advance to application if this thing always happen?
2 ★ I want to submit a new application but I could not upload the relevant documents. Especially the booking tickets and flight itinerary!
2 ★ Can't upload the id picture, always stuck there so need to restart it and fill in the info again and again still can't get it.
1 ★ Joke app. The app blurred my images and now rejected me by telling me uploaded image not clear. What the hell. Rejected me 3 times already. I submit CIMB mobile version then the app either shows bank name or statement wont show all, how i submit? sux
