5 ★ Since the Android update, the temperature icon does not appear in the status bar whether or not the option for it is checked. This was one of the best features of this app. Also, I am not getting popup overheat warnings any more when the battery temperature exceeds the set limit. EDIT: This has got to be one of the quickest responses to a review I've ever seen! The icon is now visible (though it takes a minute or so to change from the "Android" icon to the thermometer), and the warnings are showing up. Well done! I've changed my rating from 2 to 5 stars. This app is perfect for monitoring the temperature of the phone while it is mounted on a car dashboard or windshield where it is subject to direct sunlight.
