Description
The objectives are as follows:
1. Provide handy electronic resources to the public that can be utilize in times of emergencies.
2. Increase public awareness on the fundamentals of Disaster Risk Reduction and areas for information-sharing that can be incorporated in actions needed to future emergencies.
3. Use key learning points for preparedness activities such as knowledge for individuals and their respective family members before, during and after disasters.
App permissions
Batingaw 1.8.9 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

4 ★ Please check. Might have bugs on the flashlight and other portions. My phone didn't lit up. Good job on the siren though. 😊
3 ★ Minor problem but it is more pleasurable to use an app with high definition UI in which everything seems to be clear and crisp.
5 ★ I hope we also have the option to change the content into our preferred dialect.

4 ★ Few suggestions to improve app experience: 1) Network coarse location does not seem to work if GPS satellites are out of coverage (esp when indoors) 2) Location can be edited and after verification by developers can be added to the map 3) Alerts restarts from the beginning after some content is updated by app
