3 ★ Functional but too basic. This app works great with the very basic features included, and the possibility to remotely monitor a session is great. However, the developer needs to add essential functions, like push alerts. Push alerts for stage changes, temperature thresholds, target temp reached, session completed, and safe-to-open temp reached (for example). Also, setting and configuring programmed sessions from the app would be appreciated. Great start, with room for necessary improvements.
3 ★ I paid a lot for the kiln, and paid to upgrade the controller, now I have to look at ads? Why can't I edit my programs from here? Why can't I see the firing graph? Is there an API? I could do better.
1 ★ They added advertising to the app and it impairs function. Safety at risk, am not happy and am looking to see if I can revert to previous app version. It's trash. This app is supposed to provide ability to have wifi monitoring of my kiln. Works great. Advertising doesn't belong here. For shame.
2 ★ This app worked so much better before they added the ads. It doesn't load right away like it use to, and I have to wait to skip advertisements to check my kiln status. Terrible compared to what I'm hearing other kiln computer companies provide.
4 ★ I like the new features like firmware version etc. The more info, the better! Also thanks for making this available on older devices like Samsung Galaxy S7 on Android Oreo. Appreciated.
5 ★ I bought a Bartlett controller primarily because of this monitoring app. It is great as I can monitor the firing progress from anywhere I have phone reception.
1 ★ The new version of the app is terrible. Not only are there now ads, but it doesn't even seem to function correctly anymore.
5 ★ Thank you for listening and for fixing the issue. It works beautifully now. I love the freedom this app gives me to watch my kiln from my home.
3 ★ Its OK. Tells you if the kiln is firing and what the temperature is. There is so much more it could do. Maybe I'm just annoyed that after spending thousands on a new kiln I am constantly barraged by advertisements. Tacky.
4 ★ While the most recent update has improved connectivity, I don't care for the advertising in the app.
5 ★ This app permits my observation of our kiln operation. It provides current temp of each zone and what step in the firing the kiln is at. It is easy to use and accurate!
