For the first time in just a single phone application, with Baoviet Direct, Baoviet Insurance customers will be fully supported with all their tracking, insurance policy management, claim creation/inquiry compensation rescue.
Currently Baoviet Direct is supporting for two products Health Insurance and Car Insurance. The main features of the application include:

1. Hospital fee guarantee card:
Instead of having to keep a physical insurance card, the hospital fee guarantee card function will be an electronic health insurance card that customers can present when going to a hospital or clinic to use services.

2. Insurance contract:
The Insurance Policy function allows customers to manage the insurance cards they own. When logging in to the application, customers fully and accurately track all benefits included in the insurance policy that the customer has registered with Baoviet Insurance including: total benefit value, right value used benefits and residual benefit value.

3. Look up compensation:
After submitting a claim to Baoviet Insurance, customers can track the progress of claim settlement. Baoviet Insurance will send a notice to the customer when the application is accepted or needs to be supplemented or rejected. Customers can always track claims history back over time.

4. Search Garage/Hospital, Clinic:
From now on with Baoviet Direct, you can easily search for any in the network of hundreds of garages, hospitals/clinics guaranteed by Baoviet Insurance across the country. The Google maps enabled feature helps you get clear directions to the nearest garage, hospital/clinic or the place you are looking for.

5. Schedule:
Customers wishing to inspect their cars can book an appointment in advance so that Baoviet's staff can carry out the inspection at the location requested by the customer.

6. Create a claim:
No more calling Baoviet employees or going to Baoviet's office to fill out a claim form. With Baoviet Direct's "Create a claim" feature, customers can quickly fill out claim information online with pre-entered personal information, along with the feature of taking pictures of accident evidence/ damage as well as medical papers, invoices... Making a claim has never been so simple.
