2 ★ Maybe the worst app ever created. Makes you log in twice to buy tickets then won't let you buy 2 tickets because wait for it..... KOEVED(sp on purpose) I don't need fact checked. It will let you buy 3 tickets cause that's the minimum for their "pods."
1 ★ App integrates horribly with MLB website and team website (Colorado Rockies). Extremely hard to transfer tickets successfully. Vague error messages. Requires infinite patience and repeating the same steps over and over again until it (sometimes) randomly works.
1 ★ Tickets have not showed up in my app yet. All email accounts are verified and still nothing. Sent a message for help and have not heard back. This happened the last time I ordered tickets. Very frustrating!!
1 ★ I agree with the other users. This app is awful. One would think that MLB with all of its profits , could afford to find a programmer who could create a truly great app. I have verified my account several times.....still don't see my tickets. Seems to me that the developers of this app have never tested it . Terrible.
1 ★ Bought tickets to a game. Made an MLB account. Can log in to the MLB website just fine, yet putting the same credentials into this app gave me an error message. Spent a whole week going back and forth with support with no success. So I missed the game my tickets were for and am out $100 thanks to this dumpster fire of an app.
1 ★ Really slow on getting tickets . I wasn't able to go , and have tried to complain about , not receiving them in a timely manner. I would like a four ticket refund still would like to attend with family and friends. Thanks
2 ★ I hope MLB has a more senior-friendly option to order and present tickets, or they will lose a huge part of their demographic. This process was far too convoluted.
1 ★ Awful. MLB ought to be ashamed of itself. Did anyone bother to test the ticket acceptance part of the app? Here, let me answer that... No. Why does the user need a 2nd email address? And if so, why isn't that clearer in the instructions? What about people who don't have a second email address? What a disaster. The team that built the app should be fired.
5 ★ I don't understand what everyone is crying about. Bought my tickets from another site, received emails explaining what to expect and how I'll receive my tickets, set up my account here in seconds and my tickets were synced to my account by the time I could tap anything else. NOW...I will say, I got 10 tickets but we'll all be going together anyway since I'm traveling to my hometown and we're all carpooling. I say that because I won't have to forward the tickets to anyone, so I can't comment.
1 ★ Tickets didn't load, error messages about validating my email address after I already did, logged in and out many times and then finally the app worked. I need to now send tickets to 5 individuals accompanying me to a game so they can have an individual ticket...usher will let then back to their seat, too much effort for sharing tickets within a group.
1 ★ Jumping through all the hoops to access my tickets & STILL can't see them in the app! Also going with children who don't have phones to transfer tickets to! Why can't customers just print their tickets?! Forcing people to use a terrible app makes me think twice about purchasing future tickets. So much time wasted on what should be a fun experience.
1 ★ Terrible. All I wanted to do was purchase tickets for a future game. There is an option to buy tickets but never led me to a screen where purchases could be made. Same quality as other MLB apps. Such a disappointment. Love how developer responses say please contact us as we would like to better understand your issue. Do you not test using your own app!? Two minutes spent trying to do what your app advertises would quickly show you how poor it is.
1 ★ Getting the tickets is always such an ordeal. They need to bring back paper tickets so I can just pring them off without having to deal with this mess
1 ★ App doesn't work. At login, NEXT button does not react, so not able to access tickets. Very stressful!
1 ★ On a Samsung Galaxy S21+. The app was completely unable to open QR scans for mobile orders from either a camera or a QR scanner app. This made it impossible to order from any of the stands, use any e-pay, and could not use the credit that was afforded us with our Brewhouse table tickets at Nationals park. It is unacceptable to have an app from a national business that only works on Apple products that you have to use to access part of the experience at the venue.
