2 ★ App update and locating the members is totally not satisfied. Your Representatives / mediators are also not prompt. Unmarried, Widowed and Divorced profile updated are not as per requirement. simply dumped(Age, place etc) as per your satisfaction.
1 ★ Worst application and worst customer service. Before taking membership they are going to call for the membership and services after they not giving any service. Even there no new matches. No use of paying this.
4 ★ Able to see, compare and select many prospective profiles from home at our convenient time. Saves lot of time and money. Yet there is scope for further improvement.
1 ★ Utterly waste I've become a platinum member four months back still I've not found any match for my Son before becoming a member they give you alsorts of promise saying that they will send us 10 matches daily so far I've recd it 8 or 10 times only in this 120 days don't become a member and waste your time and money worst app.

1 ★ Don't go with Bharat Matrimony and Store. They will Cheat customers, One yr before I take my shoot still album Not came refund not came. If I ask they don't gave proper answer.. I want the solution and I want to file a complaint on everyone that takes my order in the Matrimony and CEO of the Matrimony. Even they stole customers money, Still received trusted award in 2019-2020 how? Don't post sorry and call this number. Already I done that. I need solution otherwise I need my refund.
1 ★ They promise to provide lot of features but once money is paid they never care about you, I paid 9000 now its wasted, there is a guy called shabeer he said my present left over days will be added to upgrade I took but its not added now 5000rs is wasted, they don't bother now as money is already paid
