Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows applications to set the wallpaper.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ fake app. Doesnt work. If you saw the ad and downloaded, it simply doesn't work. We can simply download cool image or videos and set them as walpapers ourself. This is totally fake app.

5 ★ I recommend using it as a cool wallpaper, it would be better if you add more types, such as car live wallpaper, because I really like cars, if you add it, it would be great, thank you.
