3 ★ Good but i don't have the location anymore. The online version is more efficient than the app
4 ★ App was good when i installed. I got some families but our timesdid not match perfectly. Great app,itjust needs more advertising, many people using it and amendments gradually fixing it. However,i see message notifications but if i try to open, it keeps saying " no internet connection" but other things work in the app like search and filter. I don't undestand why internet will not be available for some features of the same app and not others. Can you fix that? i could miss job becsuse of this
1 ★ I keep trying to add a profile picture but it keeps erasing it and then telling me a profile picture is mandatory??
5 ★ The app works well. It is easy to see babysitter availability, approximate location and I like the way the payment system works. I recommend this app.
1 ★ The worst , worst of it all . I have been contacting alot of families but not response , I would see a notification stating that my messages have been read and delivered but not responsed to . Weeks of trying but no response.🚶
5 ★ I'm a babysitter. I have used the app for a year and have connected with some great families to work with. Cons: - There should be a policy for late cancelations on the babysitting including some money still being paid to the babysitter. - It would be nice if we could filter ads by date posted - The app doesn't give the option to translate or copy the posts for translation. I'm an English speaking babysitter working on a foreigner country.
4 ★ The app is good! Had a bit of issues logging in with my password one time. I could log in on computer but not on the app :s I also would like a feature that allows babysitters to see which post from recent to non recent to be able to find new potential jobs easier then having to view each one to see if it's old or not :/ having a hard time finding new ones and I don't have time to search through each one just to see that it was posted only a few weeks to a few months ago... Not fun :( please fix
1 ★ Expensive, should offer a free trial. Did not find a baby sitter. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money. Developer noted a 14-day satisfaction period but that is useless. The problem is long periods between responses. Many babysitters on the platform are old profiles that are many months old and they just don't respond or it takes a long time. Waited 3-weeka before giving up so I guess no refund. Should be a 30-day satisfaction period ateast.
1 ★ The app is very glitchy. I have to delete it and reinstall every time I need to correspond with someone. It cost to use the app regardless if you book someone of not. I've been using the babysits app for a month and have sent 6 messages and have not received a roonse yet. I hope the developers fix the glitches a weed out sitters who are no longer active. As they send follow up reminders to sitters but it seems to be fruitless and a waste of my money.
5 ★ working perfectly but haven't got match from this app yet
1 ★ Extremely annoyed at the "periodic limit on the number of new conversations you can start". How are we supposed to market ourselves to people who need baby sitters if we can only contact like 4 people? The app told me to wait till the next day and so I did, still the same thing. I even uninstalled the app and installed it again, so the same thing. I'm very disappointed in this feature. I've only been able to message four people.
1 ★ Couldn't even get a profile made to look for potential babysitters. It kept saying to fill all the information, and everywhere I clicked it had something inputted but it would not tell me where it was missing. Not worth my time if I can't even get into the app.
1 ★ I wanted to try this app as I was looking for some part time work babysitting but I haven't gotten any responses the 2 times I've tried this app. Half the time the families will leave me on read without any response. The other half don't even see the messages. I have set up my profile and filled in everything required. I'm very disappointed in this app. It's also frustrating seeing a job you like but then the family hasn't been active for months....
5 ★ This app is amazing. I found a family and we connected and then I was looking after the children. I think it is so convenient for parents to put up their own posts and babysitters to find suitable families. 5 stars and I love the map search!!
1 ★ I've been trying to use this app for almost a month to find someone to babysit for because I'm pregnant and can't think of anything else to do for income, but every time I try to look for available jobs there's nothing....at all. THIS IS A SCAM APP! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! ITS BS. Wish I could give negative stars because it would get negative 10.
