1 ★ i rarely write reviews but decided i need to because how much this thing pisses me off. what a waste of money. constantly disconnects me and my wife. iPhone and Android users. literally does not stay connected for more than 10 seconds and sometimes wont connect at all. useless. you are better off buying a 20 dollar wifi cam on Amazon, it will probably work better.
1 ★ This app is horrible. As many others have mentioned, it constantly has problems. The camera disconnects, it is forgotten so you have to email tech support to have it restored, server wont connect, etc. Would never recommend this system.
1 ★ Crashes constantly, when you can even go on. Lately it will insist I don't have internet when I do and won't let me log on. It's been getting worse and worse. Totally useless.
3 ★ Think the logon server must be down. Get a message that I cannot connect to server. Then a crash. App works good most of time but there are bugs that need to be addressed
1 ★ Please fix the app! I have used this for over a year and a half and know how it normally functions. Says I am not connected to internet when I am. Please push out an update ASAP.
1 ★ We have had constant issues with the camera & app set up since buying this monitor system. The cameras function fine and the night vision is great but the system set up is incredibly finicky and convoluted.
1 ★ The camera works amazingly well. The app only worked for two days and now tells me my 5G, 5 bar reception isn't connected to the internet. Pretty massive fail.
1 ★ The app keep disconnecting I haven't been able to log into the camera in almost 2 weeks my wife has an iPhone and has no problems and I have an android and it never works
1 ★ All 3 of the devices we use the camera with are saying no internet connection on the app when we clearly have connection. Please push an update out ASAP and fix this issue
1 ★ I can't log in on my phone anymore. Keeps saying cannot contact to server. I've contacted the developer but no response. Dont waste your time on this app

3 ★ Worked for a while... now I can't get it to log on but everyone else who has access can..
2 ★ Lots of glitches... will not open; freezes; opens then immediately closes; etc.
5 ★ 5 stars when it works! Have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again.
