4 ★ Great app with iPhones. I've ordered a ton of DVDs, very pleased. Their customer service is excellent. Quick responses. However, I recently switched over to an android and this app does not work the same. I haven't been able to upload any videos from my social networking sites. And when I try to upload from phone it just freezes. To unfreeze it, I had to uninstall and reinstall app. Basically, it is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy so unfortunately I had to uninstall app. :(
3 ★ Used once before the dvd quality was just fine. App is hard to use with many errors when trying to download files.
4 ★ Great App! What an easy way to get my videos off my phone and onto DVD! Customer service is great as well. I had trouble with one of my DVDs playing and they sent me a new one, no problem. Highly recommended. I only took away one star because of the defective DVD, but like I said, customer service is fantastic.
5 ★ The app is made very well! The FAQ'S section answers questions clearly. This is a great way to create videos without having to take up storage on one's phone!
1 ★ I have had nothing but difficulties with the app itself. The first time I used it it took all night to upload 8 1 minute or less videos. Finally downloaded and ordered and the video itself turned out like I did it. The 2nd time trying to download videos wouldn't even work. My phone sat on all day and night trying to upload. I had uninstall and reinstall the app 4 times starting all over cause it just gets stuck or says error. Even the going through and setting up the movies takes forever. 😐
5 ★ Amazing app!! It's so nice for clearing videos off my phone and having them on DVD to enjoy with the family. They make it super easy too! I love how there is a red dot indicating which videos I've already burned so I don't accidentally do them twice. Very satisfied with this service.

3 ★ Very slow, sometimes when you label the videos, they change and get the titles swapped with other videos.. several times I've been worried my videos got deleted before I got to order.. the ideas great and when it works as its suppose to it's great. Needs some bug fixes
5 ★ This is a perfect way to save all my kids special moments and silly videos!!! So excited to continue using this app and my kids loved sitting down to watch them all in a row. It does take awhile to download but its definitely worth it.

5 ★ Burnvideo is a great app! I was constantly getting the "memory full" notification on my phone due to photos and videos of puppy then once I found about this app I have been able to keep all the precious moments without taking up all the storage in my phone!
5 ★ This app is life! Everytime I need to free up memory I upload all my videos, create an awesome video and boom done. This way I still have all those memories I just can't give up. The app is really simple and I can upload some one day and come back later if need be.

I had an issue with one of the DVDs not showing the videos that should have been on it, the company kept trying till I finally got the videos onto the DVD and didn't charge me for the order that failed. Definitely an app that I will use again.
