Download the latest Headset SMS Reader application, version 1.5, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Productivity app is developed by azendpowa and is easy to download and install.

Description
It also announces caller name of incoming calls.
You don't have to look at the screen anymore.
By default read when headset is plugged (for privacy, can be disabled).
Open the program to enable/disable reading.
All is automatic you have nothing special to do.
This program use your system settings and adapt itself for reading incoming message.
If you are listening music, SMS Reader pause player for reading sms and resume after (the only one that offer this function).

4 ★ I've been looking everywhere for a simple sms reader that let me hear my messages without draining my battery. This app is IT! I only have one complaint and that is when i turn off my Bluetooth headset for the night the sms reader starts reading through the speakers! Any chance this can be fixed? Totally five stars if you can!! Love it!
3 ★ Selecting the app to function over wired headset disables Bluetooth, and selecting Bluetooth disables wired headset. That means I have to open the app and change the settings every time I switch from wired headphones to Bluetooth car or headphones. I'd like the option of both wired and Bluetooth but not the phone speaker.
4 ★ Love it except that I had the phone on silent in a theatre and it announced anyway. Would like it if it could flag sms messages as read. Optionally

2 ★ Doesn't work at all on my phone. I have a Galaxy S5
2 ★ Failed on properly implementing the option to announce only when BT headset is connected. If I check this option still plays on my device speaker when BT headset is off. If I check Headset only, doesn't play on my device speaker but then doesn't send to BT headset. Looking for option where it only plays on BT headset and not device speaker even when no BT on - I'll give it a 4 - 5 stars
3 ★ Worked most of the time even when when I wanted it off. Needs to know when your in a call, received a message and it starts reading to me while in a conversation with someone on the phone.
