According to Ayurveda, the body is a composition of five-element space🌌, air💨, fire🔥, water💦, and earth🌎. These five elements combine to form three dosha (energies) of the body, namely - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The dominance of specific dosha inside the body denotes your Prakriti (body type). Ayurvigyanam app provides a quiz through which you can know about your body type - a.k.a. Prakriti.

5 ★ Really liked the way this app is built and that touch with "Ayurvedic wisdom" is good. UI of app is quite good. The app tells you a lot about Ayurveda and how your body type is and how you can maintain it using things you eat or drink everyday instead of some medicine etc. Will use this app everyday to live a more healthy lifestyle.

4 ★ Great app....not giving a five star rating only because it lacked a dedicated "how to" section for some of the practices mentioned...like kavala/oil pulling and various yogic practices like chandranamaskaar..and please include the subtler details like the time span of the brahma-muhurta.

5 ★ Very nice app. Things mentioned are basically part of our daily life but we are not aware of them. These days people are not serious about there health and to keep them aware they must know what to eat, so it's very important to follow a diet.

This application is plethora of everything a perfect blend of all section. 5 ★ Its such an wondeful app to know about body.one suggestion could that can this app suggest food or lifestyle change that we need to consider based current session in connection with dosha , plus adding information on how to do some of the suggested yoga as well.

4 ★ App is wonderful which helps to balance the healthy life style. it's 5 star rated development but 1 star less for app not giving reminders. they are added but no reminders are notified and been told to select auto start on settings which is not available option in Android Oreo.
