5 ★ very usable application and interface sounds good , it only need to accpet the order more fast.
1 ★ It is very frustrating. They take so much time not less than 2 hrs and more. The order is not right every time and the discounts are not properly updated so it causes great embarrassment. Customer service is horrible, they don't even reply to the mesaages and I can't reach a phone number.
1 ★ اول اوردر اطلبه صنفين من ثلاثة مش موجودين.. بعد تعديل الاوردر تم ابلاغي هاتفيا أن التوصيل 15 جنيه.. قمت بإبلاغ المتصل أن البرنامج حدد التوصيل ب 10 جنيه فقط.. أصر وقال مكانك بعيد!!! قمت بابلاغه بإلغاء الاوردر وقمت بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء بالبرنامج ولم اتلقى رد.. تم الغاء الاوردر بعذر خارج نطاق التوصيل.. شكرا
