1 ★ Crashes. Hope always crashes and says I'm a robot. And it crashes again when trying to report the problem
1 ★ I find it nearly impossible to log into this app which is necessary to enter a venue using tickets on this platform. It defaults to fingerprint which works about 10% of the time. After many failed fingerprints it will let you log on with email and password but then it asked for a fingerprint again. How stupid can it be. I hate Ticketsmasher. This is much worse. Please fix this
