AVG Cleaner – Storage Cleaner 24.25.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to collect component usage statistics
Declaring the permission implies intention to use the API and the user of the device can grant permission through the Settings application.

5 ★ AVG has always been dependable since I began using it during the 1990's. Its virus definitions are up to date and their push notifications make maintenance an easy task. Now if they stop nickel and diming their loyal customers with ala carte' features, life with AVG would be much easier! The average end user needs the features anyway - just bundle them together and call it a sale! Enjoy this app kids, it's worth every update!

3 ★ One of the most useful utility tools for keeping my device clean, clear and optimized. I use AVG apps/software across all of my devices and have been, for years. But as of late, this app has completely stopped working and it has been a nightmare. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, with no resolve. C'mon AVG team, can we get a fix for this already?

5 ★ As far as I can tell the free version of AVG cleaner works well. It has ads, but they're not really intrusive. However, to a certain extent, I believe upgrading to the paid ad-free version would certainly be more advantageous. I have not upgraded, yet. I already pay for some of AVG's services, but I have yet to see a package offered that's all-inclusive full-service protection from AVG. I'd prefer everything all in app, with one yearly price, instead of having several different AVG apps.

5 ★ Very pleased with how this app keeps my phone fast! I keep a lot of photos on my phone, so media analyzer is useful, though the Share-to-Drive function is a bit clunky. I love the permanent "kill-list" of "the usual suspects"; apps that you use once or twice a week but keep running in the background-- I can hibernate them all with one button press. Soild app.

4 ★ While I'm glad this app works the way it's supposed to, it does seem to become laggy sometimes when clearing space. From what I can tell, it seems to only happen at the end of cleaning, when the ads load, so I turned off my wifi and it works smoothly all around now. I do go through the ads whenever they show up, I only turn off my wifi to skip when it's laggy. Other than that, great app, fulfills it's purpose every time I use it. 👍

2 ★ This is a good app that gets the job done, don't get me wrong. But with the bugs I've been experiencing its been more tedious to actually use it. One of the main issues I get is it freezes my phone badly and I cannot do anything after I do a daily quick clean, its gone to the point its unusable in my end. In the meantime I'm just going to uninstall the app until there is a update that fixes its performance

1 ★ The most useful feature of this app was cleaning out hidden cache instead of hunting it one app at a time. It didn't work some of the time and some files had to be cleared manually, but it still mostly worked. In recent versions, this is now a paid upgrade feature and is longer accessible, making the "cleaning" app absolutely useless. Worse, cleaning APK files is the default and requires unchecked it to prevent disaster. That's another stupid decision.

3 ★ I really recommend it! It can clean all your cache for you and it is optional! But I have a slight, slight problem. I am a bit confused about what happened to the deep cleaning (hidden cache), it wants to to upgrade to premium but it also says, in order to deep clean it needs "more premissions". I enabled the permissions from the FAQs and it still didn't work, I tried to enable the modify settings slider but it still didn't work.

5 ★ Let me save those looking for a hidden cache cleaner some trouble: you won't find a free one. I've spent the last three hours downloading all kinds of apps, from well-known to unknown, and not one of them had a hidden cache/junk cleaner that you could use for free. It's like they all suddenly went to a meeting and decided to remove it from free versions, since it USED to be included with all apps' free versions. But not now. So, just buy this subscription. 1year=$12, 1mo.=$3/$4 (I forget which).

4 ★ I've been using AVG free edition since 04 and it's never let me down. It's easy to install,run updates and can take care of potential and real threats all automatically. It doesn't slow you down when gaming on PC. The only thing I would ask them to change is to not have auto renewal on by default just because a customer wants to try out one of the many many discounted product offers on a trial basis. It's perfect otherwise.

3 ★ I used to love this app. It's now been split into so many pieces, with price rises & confusing (& incomplete) 'packages,' the whole thing is a mess. I've used AVG, exclusively, for at least a decade. Now going to move away because my subscription's fragmented into many different products & price points, AVG now ceels like my cable company -- take advantage of loyal customers & raise prices while reducing services. Not impressed. Positively, the anti-virus works v well.

4 ★ I took a star off due to the incredibly intrusive ads; they are so in the way that it's hard to use the app. They literally appear in the middle of the screen as you are trying to use the app. Frequently it's hard to tell what's the app and what's an ad. Other than that, the app is comprehensive and fairly easy to use and understand, and seems to do a good job at creating more space, memory, etc. Not as easy to use as another cleaner that starts with CC, but it does more.

4 ★ I have to say that the price of AVG Ultimate I did not think it was going to be too expensive overall for the myriad of services provided; however, my email was linked incorrectly for the second time, and I had a very difficult time with activation. Furthermore, the Tune up tool for my laptop (reason I got the Ultimate) has not worked and online help has not been helpful yet. Products installed work great, getting there has been the hard part. The mobile version has worked exactly as intended.

5 ★ AVG Cleaner came as an ad-sponsored app when I downloaded AVG antivirus. It works silently, in the background and politely asks, once or twice a day, if I want to clear unused, duplicate, or several other categories of files. It then shows you how much space you can reclaim by doing so. It simply gives you options, shows the potential gain, and leaves all the final decisions up to you -- great. I mostly ignored and dismissed this app the first couple of months, now I use it daily!

5 ★ AVG cleaner is not without its frustrations, but if you can overlook what are -in my opinion- intrusive ads, the app is a pretty good cleaner. It is fast and easy; I don't have a new phone, and it wasn't the latest when I bought it, AVG cleaner didn't slow it down at all. I think this app is worth a little inconvenience, unless, of course, you pay for the ad free version.
