1 ★ The App is good but pray that anything that you buy there doesn't get spoilt even a little bit because their service store customer care is the worst I've experienced, five months waiting to be assisted and for them to get back to me.

1 ★ Not working. Search function doesn't work. Products are available but you cant type the name and search
2 ★ Many items don't have descriptions. I wants the office desk but I can't buy it coz I don't know how big or small it is. There aren't more images on the desk so I may have to buy it elsewhere. I must say tho that it takes a lot to come up with such an App. So I still give you my respect. I will just use your website.

5 ★ Its a good app. How long does it take for one to get an email response from you guys..?? Have been your customer since 2015 but the customer service needs a better ideal. Do you guys sell road bikes??

5 ★ Am impressed with how fast they make delivery. They say delivery within 24hrs, but they actually do deliver within 6hrs, that's so great. And the rider, so simple, dropped him location pin and within minutes he is at the gate, that's makes Avechi my number one consideration when doing online shopping.
4 ★ This is my 3rd phone I I'm buying at avechi.. Trusted online shopping centre and very genuine 100%... However,their customer care services when asked questions concerning a product like the samsung a3 that I wanted I was told the fingerprint is in front by one of them yet afterwards I realised it's behind. Don't answer questions if you aren't sure about the product you have been asked about. you are confusing customers.
1 ★ why do you bring phones which take forever to get spares.my screen broke, 2 months down the line still being cleared. guys be serious at times. the phone was not cheap to be kept in the drawer.
