2 ★ I have bought yearly multi device subscription. Fast connection but my phone got hacked. All of my data were lost. My e-Mail almost lost and stolen too. My phone was reseted to the factory reset settings without an order of my command. Damn! Please fix the security of this vpn network. If still like this, I will uninstall it and share this bad things to the social media and all of my colleagues. This is a serious problem and serious attention..!! You must fix the security issue immediately...!!!
1 ★ Utterly opaque and totally unhelpful if you want to install it on a Fire TV. Which is an Android device. Without that there's no point my continuing to pay to have a multi-device subscription. The installer 'finds' my TV but not the Fire TV which is the device actually connected to the web, and my network. I don't have any other Android devices so this is a deal breaker for me. Why do Avast insist you call them to cancel a subscription within the 30 day period? They're a software company, online !!! If you can subscribe online you should be able to cancel online. Perhaps I should write them a letter and post it. I still have a fountain pen, some writing paper, envelopes and postage stamps.

1 ★ I user to subscribe to VPN services to enjoy using streaming apps like Netflix with content that is not found in my location. I purchased premium service and it doesn't work at all, I regret subscribing because apps still locating my real location and provide content based on it. Also it takes too long to connect to a server Which is eventually totally wast of time and money for no benefit at all
3 ★ Tried to join beta. Server connect error. //I'm having problems I didn't have before. It's not choosing the fastest line anymore, the download doesn't match the pics you show, & the last several updates - the "in this update" - never changes. Is someone new "running the show," because I'm having problems with your security app too. All began after May 28th, 2021. Been an Avast user for years, & recommend Avast. I've built, repaired computers and taught internet security, so ppl trust my opinion.
1 ★ I have SecureLine running on both my PC and android device. When both are connected to my organization's wifi, the PC app has no trouble connecting to the SecureLine VPN server, however the Android app is unable to connect to the VPN though the exact same wifi network. The Android app should be updated to connect to the SecureLineVPN using the same method as the desktop app so that it is not blocked.
4 ★ I have been using this VPN for years. I find connection to the internet impossible when there is a new update. It's gotten so that whenever I can't connect I look to see if there is an update waiting for me to initiate. But to do that I have to pause the VPN from use and turn the internet kill switch off. I like the kill switch capability to the internet when there is no connection preventing traffic both ways but it can be problematic.
5 ★ I LOVE my Avast VPN! I have tried other apps and I keep coming back to Avast. I have not had any issues with their services. Thanks Avast for keeping my phone safe!! 😊 UPDATE 5/29/21: If I do have an issue which I have only had one, Avast was right on it! It really is a great security for your phone or computer and the customer service is awesome!! Thanks again Avast for all you do for me and my phone, I've never felt safer!!! 👍
3 ★ I keep finding many websites that are able to detect I am using a VPN and block access. I don't think this should be happening. It works well other wise. My only concern is if websites are able to detect it then may be whole lot of web footprint can be tracked! This needs to be fixed.
4 ★ Just started using this app. More later.it is complicated. I was having issues with the subscription and making the right settings for my phone. I believe I have it settled for the moment. This is still the best program available. The issues were me, not understanding sequence and how to apply correctly. Thank you for your response. Very cool.
2 ★ As soon I started to use it I notices some problems. Wasn't sure if it was the app. It always cutting of from automatic connected. Often it disconnects itself. I cannot watch live news of bbc anymore as it blocks it. And I pay TV licence. Just more hassle than I thought. Even I am not sure if it does any good as I cannot proof the good part of it.
5 ★ Excellent, except it sometimes is switched off and I don't brealise it's off. Need to switch it on manually, would like it to come on automatically, then I would give it 5 stars now insists I am in Jacksonville, difficult to move it. Thanks for your help, it is better now. Comes on automatically as I wanted. Well done, 5 stars!
3 ★ It works for protecting your online data and keeping you safe, whilst watching Netflix from anywhere in the world, but be warned that it slows your broadband connection significantly. I'm running 1140Mb down, 52Mb up, it will take it down to 150Mb down and 10Mb up. Avast, find a way to up the speed andI will give you 5 stars. At the moment, NordVPN is the fastest out there. TL:DR Avast Slow, NordVPN fast.

5 ★ I've used this app on my laptop as a trial in the past, and there was a couple of times it interfered with my YouTube TV activation when I was on a family members plan. So I had to turn it off and activate YouTube TV and then turn the VPN back on. Now I'm giving it another try for all of my devices. So far it works great.
