1 ★ garbage. was put on car from dealer. no way out of it. has not worked in over a year. they tell me to go to dealer to replace unit. at my cost. Can someone explain how to remove this garbage from my car

1 ★ It's been really bad in all different aspects . The system did work at one time in two other vehicles. I have moved the system and the auto dealership helped to get it installed properly. AVAS support is atrocious at getting anything done. I have reached out many times with maybe an answer, but can never speak to anyone. The GPS is never accurate, and the vehicle could be somewhere else and still showing that it's parked in my garage. I would rate a zero at this point. Go with ONSTAR !!
