1 ★ Having full screen ads as soon as you open and close the app is disgusting and the price they charge for full features is also unjustified espeacially when they charge you to have ads as well as without. If it has ads then it should be free. Disgusting and downright greedy!

1 ★ EDIT 16/06/2018 --- PLEASE take a closer look!! You email stated, 'we are willing to refund your money and request for you to change your review so we can release your money back to you'... you said it in TWO seperate emails!!... it was only when I changed my review on here and used the words 'blackmail' and 'ombudsman' that you actually refunded the money out of fear!! DON'T BLACKMAIL people through the tickets and emails!... Customers can PROVE your lies! EDIT 12/06/2018--- I am being BLACKMAILED... They are refusing a refund until I change my review!! I am complaining to ombudsman with PROOF... that is the email they have sent and want a response to... basically retract the review and we will refund. Otherwise we won't... JUNE: Had NOTHING but trouble from this app and its customer services. A whole 30 days later and 39 messages back and fourth they are refusing a refund. They keep asking for an 'order number' from the invoice. I found the invoice via google account, I sent all the numbers on there and EVEN sent the PDF invoice as an attachment whixh has the invoice number and account number on it! They keep sending the same automated reply saying they need an 'order number'. The flipping invoice does not have an order number but had an invoice number and account number so they are refusing to accept it!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES.
