2 ★ This app is for those who are using Autocop GPS device. Currently using the device but having a horrible time with it. Sometimes app gives incorrect information and sometimes misses completely. Rarely My device tells information correctly . Please note concerned persons. Made numerous complaints . Even device was replaced but nothing happened so far
1 ★ Dear Autocop, I have purchased the tracker in Dec 2019. The tracker stopped working within a week. Anyhow I got the tracker replaced and the technician told that he has uploaded all the documents and the device will not be deactivated. But again it's deactivated. It hasn't worked since last three months. I had pathetic experience so far. The after sale service is excellent as they never revert mail nor they answer calls. Please don't recommend to anyone. They are simply fooling people.
1 ★ Your vehicle is controlled by others at their discretion/ mercy of autocop operators as far as engine immobiliser ON/OFF feature is concerned. Also it is mandatory that you should have airtel connection else you will not be responded on other networks. Rest is your choice. OBD TRACKER IS MORE RELIABLE AND YOU HAVE FULL CONTROL ON YOUR VEHICLE.
2 ★ After this new update the app crashes all the time. Also what is the use of tracking when most of the time it shows the car as idle(yellow). There should be a pop-up or a notification when the vehicle starts or at least there should be an option to enable this. Pathetic service.
1 ★ The latest version does not work unless I give it permission to access all files on my device. Why does a tracking system need access to my contacts, pics , music etc. It's again violating my privacy especially when they need access to unrelated stuff that they can market and make money out of.
1 ★ Very bad service it has been 40 day my support ticket is genrated and till now no reply no customers support the device is not responding since 40 days
1 ★ Device TP1000 not working from approx 62 days, (from Mar-2020) 4 times complaint by mail/app but no reply. 8 times complaint during 2 years for non reporting issue, 1 sim change, 1 device change
1 ★ App is quite good but service!!! Masha Allah.. I never experienced such a worst customer service. Can someone believe that I been struggling since 2 months to renew sim and reset my Autocop login credentials? No is responding over the call. Just passing the ball here and there. The WhatsApp number is just a for a sake of communication. The msgs will deliver a week later and one reply comes a month later. I would give -5 rating unfortunately that's not in the scale.
1 ★ Why this app required storage permission...just to steal the pic n other private data.. App notworking without access to my personal data like photos etc. Complaint on Autocop app. Threat to privacy. Hi Google Play Team, This issue is with Autocop app, This app recently pushed a mandatory permission requiremnt for photos, storages etc.. not able to understand why it requires all this data. Its an GPS tracker app.. A serious threat to privacy. this should work without storage n photo. uninstall
1 ★ Over six months, I have been raising concern that I have not been getting SMS responses. Team approach is very poor and not all customer centric. What is the use of this app if it doesn't help us with notification. Have been autocop customer for four years. This year, response from the team and app functioning is really poor.
1 ★ I was forced to upgrade to 7.3 but the usability is very bad. App doesn't automatically zoom to the vehicle and show it's current location.Always find it difficult to figure out where the vehicle is.
2 ★ It's a good tracking app but why does it need access to photos media and files on the phone? It's not related to the functionality at all! Also if you deny access it shuts down so you're forced to grant access to use it
3 ★ I have installed TP4000 model of tracker with center locking system and it cost very high as compaired to other trackers in the market and the main thing is that Other cheap tracker have feature to on/off ignition through registered number but this branded tracker have no such kind of feature so Please update this app with ignition on/off feature through sms from registered mobile number .
1 ★ its an horrible app ever i have seen. always pop up payments messages and always asks for email id feed up with this app and auto cop services frds never go with this gps security system their are lot of options available in the market now a days. please check all others and then make ur decession.
1 ★ The latest version does not work without a storage permission. I wish I could go back to the old version. If it is required for KYC, it should ask for permission for only those who want to submit it, and not make it mandatory for everyone.
