1 ★ Nothing wrong with the app itself but the company are terrible. I booked a taxi which did turn up but drove away after just a few seconds, and they also still charged the account used to make the booking a small fee, after saying there would be no charge, it wasn't the price of the fare, but all the same, they lied. Also their customer service operators were unhelpful and rather rude, as were one of their clients, Excel taxis, which is where the deserting taxi came from. I'd stick with Delta.
1 ★ usually great but will be deleting from today. been waiting almost an hour, no text or ring back and app still saying taxi is waiting to be despatched. so after nearly an hour I go back into app and find taxi has been cancelled. ring up to find out why and apparently the driver has been and gone. not sure how when I am sitting in house and would have been out if i had any form of notification. obviously one drive taxis dont have horns!
5 ★ Brilliant app with an even better service. What very rare problems with the app are dealt with by amazing staff who go out of their way for you. Alot better than some of the other local apps (no names). 10/10 service.
1 ★ Very misleading waiting times. app said 5 minutes. i called up 20 minutes later and the operator said they couldn't give me a time. You will never get my business again. Just use Uber. more expensive but the app doesn't out right lie about waiting times.
1 ★ App is very pool. Had pay by cash greyed out, so use to pay by card, this option now gone so app is now useless. The advised price does not take into account tunnel toll or distance traveled in tunnel, so varying amounts added as extras at end of trip.
1 ★ Whats the point of this useless app? I want to book a taxi, it arrives on time, I pay money, simple. I don't want a taxi service that puts my journey out to drivers that refuse to accept my booking because they don't think the journey is worth their time. What ever happened to customer satisfaction. Downloaded the app, tried to book a taxi but had to cancel as I could not enter my choice of pick-up time.
1 ★ Pointless app when it gives you a choice of times to book for but the taxi company can never get you a taxi to your address on time. It's been late for me every time, big let down!
1 ★ Don't use these unless you are happy to get a driver who don't know their way round Liverpool and make you late for work or what not, isn't the first time this has happened. I certainly won't be using this company or alpha, just a gang off overated useless divs these!
5 ★ Handy and easy to use. Can see how far away your taxi is and also how long it will take them. Plus if you spend all your cash, like I did, you can pay by card.
2 ★ I use this app all the time since upgrading it won't let me log in I've said forget password still no link sent to email address so can't upgrade app!
5 ★ Great little app. Can use it all over Merseyside. Glad they put card payments back on. It saves so much messing around at cashpoints
1 ★ Apps fine, company aint. Waited over an hour for a taxi and had ring em three times. Avoid, go to alpha or delta instead
1 ★ Booked a cab for next day pick up at 8.20am to take my son to school didn't turn up.had to call another taxi number that turned up within 5 minutes. Still got charged from my bank for taxi that didn't turn up. Deleting this app

1 ★ poor app when you cant sign in so ask for a email ou for no email to arrive very poor app will not use again
