1 ★ The app is ok, but drivers should be trained on how to tell if a ride has been paid for via the app. I paid for a ride via the app, but the driver still asked me to pay at the end of the ride. I showed him the payment on my bank app and where it said prepay on his phone. He still didn't believe me and called City Cars for help. Thankfully, the woman who answered confirmed to him that I had paid. Please update the app so that passengers can show drivers that they have already paid for.
1 ★ I used this app to prepay for a taxi ride by card. The driver tried to get me to pay again by cash. The app should have a function that will let me show the driver that the ride has already been paid for by card.
3 ★ Was very happy with this app until it stopped working on Android phones! It's been like this for weeks and it's still not working! They have lost a lot of business from me because of that. I could call directly but then I cant track the car :(
1 ★ Mans waiting in the rain and they cancelled my booking twice racist !!
