3 ★ Recommendation 50/50 - Pros: when you manage to book a taxi, they are on time always and reliable. Some drivers are very professional and nice. Prices are very good. - Cons: often get "cannot book at this time" when is rush hour and always when I try to book ASAP | Some drivers just speak on their phones and kind of ignore you - the maps is working but not accurately timely so it is ok. - I downloaded other apps to ensure being able to book a taxi when needed which is a pity and not practical

1 ★ Wouldn't let me use a card to pay. Charged me £1.01 for some reason even though all I've done is download the app and TRY and make a booking through it to pay by card. Want my money back that you've incorrectly taken.

3 ★ When it works, the app is excellent. But most of the time is says "cant take bookings" so you still have to call them

1 ★ Hopeless Asks lots of personal information and permissions Then always says "Cannot take bookings at this time" when i tey and book, so end up phoning. Deleted app.

1 ★ Taxi office phone not working when l ring up to book, (l rang up 4 times, & they act like they can't hear me & hang up). And the app itself won't make a booking for later on, - it has to be for immediately or not at all. What a rubbish service.

4 ★ Brilliant.. Can be a bit glitchy and it keeps saying error when u try n and ur card but overall can't fault the service

1 ★ we just had a taxi from driver 8031 on his door. he tried to charge £7 for a return journey that should of cost £5 at the most. i have used this firm for a while. if i didn't have good experiences normally i would of stopped using this firm. if this driver gets sent to you get the price from off the office first. but all the other drivers have always been honest. good firm. just 1 bad apple.
