1 ★ The speeding alerts are useless. The speed limits are incorrect. I contacted the company and the blame was shifted to Google Maps, which is not true. I also don't receive push notifications. Update: Currently, according to Autobrain my son is 700 miles away and he made it there in 30 minutes. I am returning the device today.
1 ★ Buggy, GPS accuracy is awful and I pay for a plan that with more often location updates. I used to own the ill fated Automatic device that shut down during this pandemic. It was flawless. There are too many useless options on the app screen (internet shortcut) and the meaninfull ones are innacurate and unreliable like, location. This feels more like a prototype/beta than the real deal. Disappointing!
5 ★ Wonderful for our teen driver!! Not so accurate with the speed limits, it will say he was speeding, but when I look at the area of the "ding" it thinks the speed limit is about 10mph less than it actually is, so he wasn't truly speeding. aside from this, all features are great, even able to see as they drive, their location. True life saver and stress saver!! highly recommend!
5 ★ great software if you're looking to find a solution if your car gets stolen or you got kids driving the car, it keeps track of location, speed limits, car codes, general health of your car, and of course GPS live location. Great perk that I didn't even know came with the device and service is roadside assistance and that in itself has helped me and has saved me hundreds of dollars already.
3 ★ purchased for new teen driver and works well for tracking the vehicle. I have no regrets with the purchase because I bought it for the tracking. Only 3 stars because A health alert went off and the notification says a mechanic should call but no call ever received. The speeding portion of app needs updated as the speed limits are wrong so the notification goes off constantly. We wouldn't be able to get insurance discounts on the reports for this reason.
1 ★ wanted to test the product so i bought on clearance in Walmart. tried to activate. the app said the code is already been used!. emailed support they asked me for picture of the box and sales receipt which i sent immediately. they fixed the issue in a day. but after registering it gives me 14 days trial instead of 3 month. support said in store you dont get 3 months.walmart website has it for 3 month. they want me to prove by sending pic of box that said 30 days.iwill not test it i will return it.
1 ★ Does not work. Supposedly gives you notification when device is unplugged, doesn't. Says my car has been in the driveway all day, most definitely hasn't been. This happens a lot. Junk tech. Get a lojak. You get what you pay for i suppose. Also customer service sucks. called when they opened at 9 got an all agents busy messsge, left a voicemail. calmed repeatedly all day and sent messages through the app. They closed without ever responding.
5 ★ Everything been working great. I will be getting more of these for other vehicles. Update. New update won't let me open the app. Update again. Working fine again. update. 3-3-19 all is doing great. i will be getting another for second vehicle with lots of miles on it to keep track of it's location and condition.
5 ★ this is a very useful and awesome app, the interface is very easy to navigate and the setup was suoer easy too. haven't had to use the road side assistance or any of the extra perks but so far so good. real time updates, i really like how it tells you if its been disconnected too.
1 ★ Doesn't work. I bought a device nearly 2 weeks ago, and customer service keeps saying someone will get back to me (nobody has). It's been stuck on the activation page for days and the live chat is useless.
2 ★ First 2-3 months worked great. Then started showing the car driving over canals & houses.It enters same alert 5 times in a row.Many requests since March 2019 asking DT to fix. CSR asks repeatedly for same info.My pymt method expired & that is now reason why I don't get accurate service.Paid out $80 for inaccurate service already.Fix it first, then you will get payment.1 free month is useless if not working. So 8 months I pay for useless info on car location.Still waiting!
1 ★ SCAMM!! Extremely disappointed, not worth the money. They ask to return the device after you made the purchase of the device. They claim to give one month free and the device itself is sold for $29.97 and once you cancel you have to return the device else get charged ANOTHER $29.97 for not returning the device. I mean unless you giving me the money back for my purchase. I don't see why i have to hassle to purchase a shipping box (they provide the label) gas, and time to get it returned.
5 ★ the best i have used. Thank you so much for a great app. I have been using this app for 3 months since my last review of it and it is great. There has only been a few times that it made me scratch my head but other than that I'm very in pressed with it. I just wish all apps would work as well as this one does. Fantastic job 👏🙌 autobrain. 4-26-19 i have noticed that the app is starting to slow down and take more time to load. but it is still a great app.
4 ★ I have only had this for a day I would have liked to wait a little bit longer to review this it's only showing me half of my trip from yesterday but the banner to review was in the way I don't know if if there were more choices under it so I hit the review just to get it out of my way
5 ★ bery good product well worth the money one of the best monthly pay GPS trackers that you can buy by far the price points perfect cheaper than most and a better product than most by far if you thinking of using any kind of Fleet tracker spouse tracker or anything like that this is the product you're looking for for sure I have used several other products none hold a candle to this one product support as great as well
